The PI Final Lap MTG Draft – 29/6

Hey PI-Fans, With the move being mostly finalized and the new now store chugging along, we're holding out final Magic the Gathering Draft event at the Old PI Store on Sunday, 29/6/25 before the space finally goes away. We are looking at holding an Aetherdrift draft, a figurative and literal last lap at the store. Prizes will be in the form of Promos. PI Games Moving Sale

Hello PI-Fans, It's been a hot minute since our last update hasn't it? 2025 has been an interesting year. If you're wondering what's been going on, it looks like despite our best efforts, for the first time since we opened our doors as Singapore's oldest game store several decades ago, PI Games is not going to be where it has always been past June 2025. Considering that we were drawing up plans for operations for the second half of the year... this is probably as much of a novel experience for us as it is for you.  Those of you who know us know we're not the type to go gently into the night though. MTG: Tarkir Dragonstorm NOW AVAILABLE

Hey PI-Fans, The latest Magic the Gathering set Tarkir: Dragonstorm is now available at PI Games and if you're looking for Commander Decks, Boosters and Bundles, they're moving fast. PI Games will also be hosting a MTG: Tarkir Dragonstorm Prerelease Event on Sunday, 6/4/25 at 2pm. Christmas and New Year Operating Hours

It's an all-hands-on deck situation right now, as I'm sure is the same across the gaming sphere and the staff have been working like mad to ensure everything remains on an even keel. Swords & Stationery and Games @ PI Collab: Roll Persuasion

Hey PI-Fans, Last Sunday, we ran the Roll Persuasion – How to be an Effective Communicator With Your Child workshop at Games @ PI with Swords & Stationery. Conducting the workshop was our speaker Shaun, from S&S, himself an accredited educator. Shaun gave a stirring lecture on the basis of communication and talked about why parent-child relationships broke down. An avid gamer himself, Shaun also had recommendations for many games he used in his classes as well as titles he himself was fond of. Shaun will be back this week for his second session, Young Minds, Steel Hearts where he discusses the challenges and techniques of running RPGs with a younger audience in mind.
