Store Reloads – 26/02/26: What Were You Thinking?, Exploding Pigeon, Origin Story

As a WPN store, we will get access to non-foil editions of the Beyond Vault 33 Secret Lair. The set contains 3 'New-to-Magic' cards featuring Lucy MacLean, Positively Armed, The Ghoul, Gunslinger and Maximus, Knight Apparent as well as reprints of Pre-War Formalwear, Spirit Mantle and T-45 Power Armor as "T-60 Power Armor". Hey PI-Fans, It's the last day of November, and we're heading into the final stretch of 2025. Keeping the store loaded with the titles you expect to see like Wingspan, 7 Wonders and D&D may not seem like very flashy work, but it's what keeps the whole ecosystem going, especially leading up to the holiday rush. Hey PI-Fans, Although the TCG releases seem unrelenting, over at PI Games, it's always useful for us to remember to recenter ourselves - after all we're a hobby game store. It's the manager again, with another heaping serving of board and card games making their way to our shelves, and this shipment is an eclectic one, bringing with it the classic adventuring board game in Talisman 5th Edition, a pocket-sized light strategy card game via Happy Mochi and the absolutely massive open-world exploration themed board game Vantage. Hey PI-Fans, Shipping being what it is, shipments due at end of October have just arrived because of delays. Of course this also means once again everything piles into each other and arrives at once in a silly large, consolidated wave of stock.  This is both a good and bad thing. Good because the shelves are awash with cool stuff. Bad because I have only so many hands to carry stock with and I am also learning the limits of the Human body to stagger around with boxes of stock. Shelf Restocks – Dobbles!: Dobble Catan, Dobble Disney and Dobble – The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings

Hey PI-Fans, October has been a rough month, enough to lay me flat - in this case quite literally with a thrown back. Credit and thanks go out to my heroic team of staff who kept the store running (and not on fire) while I was out of action and thank you to all the friends of the store who noticed my distress. With things, slowly grinding back into place, we've restocked out shelves with copies of the classic card game Dobble and many of the game's variants. Most recently off the boat are the The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings set, the double-sized Disney Edition set with twice the usual number of cards and the headliner Dobble Catan.
