One of the original III Legion Apothecaries before the Horus Heresy, Fabius Bile (often referred to by the humorous malapropism Fabulous Bill) is a twisted Chaos Space Marine scientist obsessed with (often unwilling) genetic modification and experimentation.

Returning to prominence in the upcoming Psychic Awakening book War of the Spider with a brand new model, the ‘Clonelord’ as Bile is known is taking to the field at the forefront of his new army, the twisted ‘Creations of Bile‘ – an all new Chaos Space Marine faction. In doing so, he intends to bait the Adeptus Custodes and Death Guard Chaos Space Marine Legion into open warfare for his own nefarious ends…

And now for something completely different! ZOATS!

What’s a Zoat? Keep reading then! While we can’t take orders through the webstore just yet, you can drop our web team an email at webstore@pi.com.sg today for Games Workshop products and we’ll get you set up as soon as stock arrives!

Containing new army rules for Death Guard, Adeptus Custodes, Sisters of Silence, Imperial Assassins and the all new Chaos Space Marine sub-faction Creations of Bile, Psychic Awakening: War of the Spider chronicles Fabius Bile’s return to the ruined fortress world of Cadia as he leads the Death Guard and Imperial Agents in a merry chase across the sector for his own purposes. Will Fabulous Bill prevail?

Well…. considering he’s getting a brand new model, he had better. Soon to become available in all his fabulously resplendent mad-scientist glory, the latest incarnation of the Fabius Bile model now comes with a twisted Surgeon Acolyte, a warped Igor-esque servant who assist his master in his (mostly involuntary) research.

I, Vigo, the Scourge of Carpathia, the Sorrow of Moldavia, command you!

Also arriving as part of this release is Blackstone Fortress: Deadly Alliance, an expansion for the Blackstone Fortress board game. Now with added Zoat (Singular)!

A legacy from Warhammer 40,000’s sillier days, Zoats were previously genetically engineered centauroid Tyranid creatures designed to serve as their diplomatic caste (this was from the era where Squigs were Tyranid/Ork genetic offspring and other strange ideas we no longer care to talk about). As is traditional for the gonzo weirdness that was the Rogue Trader, Zoats subsisted on a foodstuff known as Zoatibix and were often found at the vanguard of Tyranid swarms.

When the Grimdark descended, Games Workshop resolved the topic of Zoats in more or less the same fashion as they did other problematic ideas like the ‘Squats. Tyranid OMNOMNOMNOM.

But now they’re back. Well… one anyway.

Games Workshop has also promised that this particular Zoat will also have rules for use in all Warhammer 40,000 armies outside the Blackstone Fortress board game, so we’re also looking forward to seeing what this oddity will bring to the table.

Looking to bulk up your Chaos Space Marine collection or to make your Adeptus Custodes ubermensch even more uber? Then keep your eyes out. Preorders for War of the Spider (and the Zoat, because why not) will be up SOON (TM). If you have any questions, contact the web team at webstore@pi.com.sg and let us know.
