Hey PI-Fans,

How’s the weekend going?

Things seldom stop when you run a game store. After all, it’s all about keeping the fun going and we’ve just had a box load of Oink Games land in our store. We’re just about done with the unpacking, so if you’re after a teeny tiny board game or two, now’s the time to strike.

Newly arrived on the shelf with the new restock is a pair of new titles as well. We’ve just gotten our stock of Souvenirs from Venice and Order Overload Cafe, so grab then while they’re hot!

All these and more are available in-store right now! We’ll have the webstore updated soon.

Try to get the right goods in Souvenirs from Venice.

To set up, lay out the tiles face down in a grid on the table. Each player has a small gondola that will sail between the rows of tiles.

On a turn, roll the die, move your gondola, then see what you want to purchase. Souvenirs come in six types, with 5-10 copies of each type, and to score points, you need to collect three of the same type. Find the “Pigeon Feed Seller”, and you must trade one of your souvenirs with a neighbor.

Tiles get easier to collect as more are turned up, but you must return to the airport before everything gets flipped over, or else you’ve missed your plane and lost the game!

Souvenirs from Venice: 2-5 Players, 30 mins, Ages 8+

You and your fellow players work in a coffee shop in Order Overload: Cafe, and to keep your jobs, you need to keep a handle on all the orders coming in. Will you be able to make the right drinks?

In a round, you deal a certain number of cards face up and read them aloud so that everyone knows all the orders placed, then you deal these cards out face down to the players. On a turn, you need to name an order that’s in someone else’s hand. Fail to do so, and you’re eliminated from play! If you collectively reveal a set number of drinks before everyone is eliminated, then you clear the level and are ready to take on tougher challenges…

What’s the highest level you can clear?
