Hey PI-Fans,

A new year brings reprints, and with publishers reopening after their end of year breaks, this means many titles are back in stock. People hunting board games can get excited over the return of Mysterium, Twilight Struggle, This War of Mine, Scythe, Tiny Epic Zombies, Spirit Island, Arkham Horror and Unicornus Knights.

RPG fans will be happy to know that titles like Fiasco, Ryuutama, Vampire: The Masquerade and Tales from the Loop are back in dead-tree format as well.

On the other hand, with the title of this announcement, it’s probably worth mentioning that Mansions of Madness: Horrific Journeys and Arkham Horror: Guardians of the Abyss have wandered in along with Pandemic: Fall of Rome and the Kingdom RPG.

Something stirs beneath the sands of Egypt… Jessie Burke, a government agent working in Egypt, has asked you to help her solve this medical quandary—people across the city are falling into a wakeless slumber, including Jessie’s husband and partner, John. As of yet, there are no known factors that connect the victims, but Jessie hopes that your experience with other… peculiar cases will lead to a crack in the case. Guardians of the Abyss, a standalone scenario for the Arkham Horror Living Card Game that features both the Gen Con 2018 and Arkham Nights 2018 scenarios is now available.

The Horrific Journeys expansion for Mansions of Madness take four new investigators far from Arkham, solving mysteries aboard a bustling transatlantic airship, a luxury ocean liner, and a scenic countryside train. With new map tiles, puzzles, monsters, and mythos events, these brave men and women must contend with hideous amphibian monstrosities and interdimensional creatures tearing holes in the fabric of reality all with the knowledge that one wrong move can destroy the very vessels they are trying to protect! In order to arrive at their destinations, the investigators of Arkham must first survive their journey!

At the height of its power, the Roman Empire held more than two million square miles of territory containing over a hundred million people.  By the beginning of the 5th Century, decades of political corruption, economic crisis, and an overburdened military had exacted a severe toll on the stability of the Empire. Combining the cooperative gameplay of Pandemic with innovative new mechanisms, Pandemic: Fall of Rome takes players back in history to the time of the world’s greatest empire: Rome. As you march through the Roman Empire, you must recruit armies, fortify cities, forge alliances, and face off against the invading hordes in battle.

Kingdoms are all around us. They are the communities that unite us. Kingdom is a two-to-five player GM-less RPG system based around a ‘Kingdom’.

Your Kingdom can be any group or organization that interests you. You could play a Wild West frontier town, a colony ship crawling to a distant star, or a sprawling Empire holding conquered peoples beneath its thumb.

As you play, you’ll confront your Kingdom and your characters with Crossroads, critical decisions that may change your community forever. What will your Kingdom do? What will it become? Strive to make your Kingdom live up to your ideals… or watch as it burns.
