An updated WIP pretty much done other than for the cloth and whatnot

You can now add it to your Order of Battle at the Blooded Rank.
Remember to make sure that you have enough Supply Limit on your list, if not you can use Requisition Points to up your Supply Limit using the INCREASE SUPPLY LIMIT Requisition.
